Once you have created your account, you can log in.
Once logged in, you will see at the top an area with "Welcome" and your first name.
Click on this area and select "My abstracts" in the drop list.
You will then get a page with your already submitted abstract(s) and a button "Add a new abstract" to submit a new abstract.
Please note that the summary of the abstract can not exceed 3000 characters.
If your co-authors come and present with you, please make sure they are also registered in the system to add them in the "Authors" field.
If your co-authors do not attend the conference, you can mention them directly in the "Summary" field of the abstract.
When submitting an abstract, you will be asked for the panel to which the abstract relates. If this panel has not been approved yet, you will not find it in the droplist: Please select the "Default panel" panel in that case and contact us through the "contact" tab, we will link your abstract to the correct panel as soon as it is approved.
